According to The New York TImes, Google’s most effective leaders “were even-keeled bosses who made time for one-on-one meetings, helped people puzzle through problems by asking questions, not dictating answers, and who took an interest in employees’ lives and careers”.

Hey Dario, congratulations for your blog… I want to share these 3 URLs that complement the statement made in the opening blog comment above (check them out…) I had the chance to get to know Adizes approach few years ago and do believe in the need of leadership-management complementation with other team members filling the gaps, meaning that is almost impossible to find a complete/integral leadership style/person (PAEI) as stated by this gentleman (I. Adizes) in the videos shared. Keep posting and challenging our thoughts please… take care and share your thoughts on this.
